Terex Finlay impact crushers are used widely by contractors and in recycling operations, with the I series covering direct-drive impactors and the IC series adding integrated screening and recirculation. The recirculating machines matter for wear planning: material that fails to meet size passes through the chamber again, so the bars do more work per tonne of finished product than the headline throughput suggests.
We manufacture blow bars as compatible replacements for these machines. Brand and model names identify machine fitment only and imply no affiliation with the manufacturer.
We manufacture blow bars as compatible replacements across the Terex Finlay I and IC series impact crushers. Fitment is confirmed per machine rather than from a stock list.
Fitment and grade are both confirmed in writing before quoting.
On an IC machine with a recirculating conveyor, oversize returns to the chamber for a second pass. Measured against finished product, the bars have therefore handled more material than the sales tonnage records, and comparing wear life against a non-recirculating machine on the same site will make the IC look worse than it is.
Two practical consequences. Log tonnes fed rather than tonnes sold if you can, because that is the number the bars actually saw. And expect the closed-circuit machine to reach a change-out sooner without concluding that the castings underperformed.
Where product specification is tight and recirculation is heavy, holding the striking edge profile matters more than usual, which pushes the specification toward the harder end of what the feed will safely allow.
Fitment is confirmed from any one of the following:
Where a machine has run many sets, a worn bar describes the rotor as it stands today more accurately than the original drawing does.
Exact chemistry and hardness are confirmed with the quotation and can be certified per batch on request.
We also manufacture blow bars for Kleemann MOBIREX, Powerscreen Trackpactor, Sandvik QI series and Keestrack R series machines, along with our main range of HSI impactor blow bars.

No. These are compatible replacement blow bars manufactured by Melco Precisions Pvt Ltd. Terex and Finlay are trademarks of their respective owner, used here only to identify machine fitment. There is no affiliation with or endorsement by the manufacturer.
Recirculation. Oversize returns to the chamber for a second pass, so measured against finished product the bars have handled more material than the tonnage figure suggests. It is normal rather than a sign of a problem.
High chrome white iron generally gives the best cost per tonne on consistent abrasive stone. If tramp metal enters regularly, a martensitic grade is the safer specification even though it wears back faster.
Usually yes. A worn bar is normally enough to develop the pattern, and this is how most parts for machines past OEM support get made.
By cost per tonne crushed rather than price per bar. Unit price leaves out wear life, the production hours lost to each change, and the gradation drift that occurs as the edge wears back.
Send your machine model, a drawing or photographs of a worn part. Our team confirms fitment and recommends the grade before quoting – usually within one working day.
