Keestrack R series machines are mobile impact crushers used across construction-waste recycling and aggregate production, with the range increasingly built around hybrid and fully electric drive. The drive arrangement does not change what wears a blow bar, but the operating economics do: plants running lower energy cost per hour tend to run longer campaigns, which puts more weight on predictable wear life than on peak throughput.
We manufacture blow bars as compatible replacements for these machines. Brand and model names identify machine fitment only and imply no affiliation with the manufacturer.
We manufacture blow bars as compatible replacements across the Keestrack R series of mobile impact crushers. Fitment is confirmed per machine rather than from a stock list, which matters on units that have already run several sets.
Fitment and grade are both confirmed in writing before quoting.
On a machine planned around long campaigns, the useful question is not which bar lasts longest but which bar lasts a length of time you can schedule around. A grade that occasionally runs exceptionally well but sometimes cracks early is worse for planning than one that consistently reaches a known tonnage.
That argues against specifying purely for abrasion resistance on recycling duty. A hard bar that fails unpredictably when a piece of tramp metal arrives forces an unplanned stop, and an unplanned stop on a mobile plant costs more than the difference in bar price several times over.
For most Keestrack operators on mixed feed, martensitic gives the most schedulable result, with manganese specified where demolition arisings dominate.
Four things noted at every change make the next grade decision straightforward:
After two or three cycles that record will tell you more about the machine than any supplier can, and it turns each quotation into a technical discussion rather than a price comparison.
Exact chemistry and hardness are confirmed with the quotation and can be certified per batch on request.
We also manufacture blow bars for Kleemann MOBIREX, Powerscreen Trackpactor, Sandvik QI series and Terex Finlay machines, along with our main range of HSI impactor blow bars.

No. These are compatible replacement blow bars manufactured by Melco Precisions Pvt Ltd. Keestrack is a trademark of its respective owner, used here only to identify machine fitment. There is no affiliation with or endorsement by the manufacturer.
Martensitic is the usual choice for mixed feed. Where demolition arisings with rebar dominate rather than appear occasionally, manganese steel is the safer specification because it absorbs shock rather than cracking.
Inconsistent feed is the most common cause, followed by rotor seating wear. If bars within one set wore at visibly different rates, the machine is the more likely explanation than the metallurgy.
Usually yes. Where OEM support has ended, a worn bar is normally enough to develop the pattern, which is how most parts for older machines get made.
Yes. We supply plants directly and also distributors and importers reselling into their own markets. Supply terms are on our distributors page.
Send your machine model, a drawing or photographs of a worn part. Our team confirms fitment and recommends the grade before quoting – usually within one working day.
