Blow bars manufactured as compatible replacements for Tesab, Hartl and Lippmann impact crushers, cast in high chrome, manganese and martensitic grades. These are machines for which aftermarket supply is often thin, and where drawing-based or sample-based manufacture is frequently the practical route.

Some impact crushers are supported well by aftermarket suppliers and some are not. Machines from smaller manufacturers, or older machines from any manufacturer, often fall into the second group: parts are quoted with long lead times, or the answer is simply that the pattern is no longer held anywhere.
That is exactly the situation a jobbing foundry is built for. Where no drawing survives, a worn bar is normally enough to develop a pattern, and the machine goes back into service on a part made to its actual current dimensions rather than to a catalogue entry that may no longer describe it.
Brand and model names on this page identify machine fitment only and imply no affiliation with any manufacturer.
We manufacture blow bars as compatible replacements for Tesab, Hartl and Lippmann impact crushers. For these machines a drawing or a worn sample is almost always the practical route, because catalogue support is thin and older units have often drifted from their original dimensions.
Fitment and grade are both confirmed in writing before quoting.
Pattern development from a physical sample is routine work, not an exception. What makes it succeed is the condition of what you send: a bar worn on the striking face but sound at the mounting end gives everything needed, because the seating geometry is intact even though the working face is gone.
If all your bars are worn past the point of usefulness at the mounting faces too, send the best of them along with the measurements taken directly from the rotor pockets. Between the two, the pattern can normally still be developed.
Where a pattern has to be made, the cost is confirmed with the quotation before production begins. It is a one-time cost, and subsequent orders for the same machine do not repeat it.
The last two points matter as much as the dimensions. A part that fits but is cast in the wrong grade for the duty will disappoint just as surely as one that does not fit.
Exact chemistry and hardness are confirmed with the quotation and can be certified per batch on request.
We also manufacture blow bars for Kleemann MOBIREX, Powerscreen Trackpactor, Sandvik QI series, Keestrack R series and Terex Finlay machines, along with our main range of HSI impactor blow bars.
For drawing-based work on parts other than blow bars, see our custom manufacturing page.

No. These are compatible replacement blow bars manufactured by Melco Precisions Pvt Ltd. All brand and model names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to identify machine fitment. There is no affiliation with or endorsement by any of these manufacturers.
Usually yes. A worn bar is normally enough to develop a pattern, provided the mounting end is still sound even if the striking face is gone. Where all bars are worn past that point, measurements taken from the rotor pockets can fill the gap.
Where a new pattern is required the cost is confirmed with the quotation before production begins. It is a one-time cost and does not repeat on later orders for the same machine.
Most new supply relationships begin with a trial quantity so fitment and wear performance can be verified before committing to volume.
Yes. Much of what we produce is cast to customer drawings and samples rather than to a catalogue, so the absence of a brand from the site says little about whether the part can be made.
Send your machine model, a drawing or photographs of a worn part. Our team confirms fitment and recommends the grade before quoting – usually within one working day.
