Kleemann MOBIREX machines are track-mounted impact crushers used widely across European aggregate production and construction-waste recycling. Because the same machine is often moved between quarry stone one week and demolition arisings the next, blow bar wear on these units is rarely consistent from one set to the next.
We manufacture blow bars as compatible replacements for these machines, cast to the dimensions of your existing bars or to a drawing. Brand and model names are used only to identify machine fitment.
| Crusher Model | Machine Type | Usual Grade |
|---|---|---|
| MOBIREX MR130 | Track impactor | High chrome (Cr20 / Cr26) or Mn18Cr2 |
Grade is confirmed against your feed material and how the last set of bars failed, not fixed by model.
Other MOBIREX models can normally still be produced from a drawing or a worn bar. Send the model designation from the machine plate and fitment is confirmed before quoting.
Track-mounted machines earn their keep by moving between jobs, and that mobility is exactly what complicates grade selection. A bar specified for the quarry contract will not behave the same way on a demolition site.
Where the machine spends most of its time on clean quarried stone, high chrome white iron holds the striking edge longest. Where recycled concrete with rebar is routine, manganese steel is the safer specification because it absorbs shock by work hardening rather than cracking. For genuinely mixed contracting work, a martensitic grade is usually chosen deliberately as the middle position.
A practical test: if your last set came out cracked or with corners missing, the grade was too hard for the work. If the bars came out intact but rounded off, there is room to go harder.
Fitment is confirmed from any one of the following:
On machines that have run several sets, rotor pockets may have worn away from the original drawing. In that case a worn bar describes the machine more accurately than a catalogue number does.
Exact chemistry and hardness are confirmed with the quotation and can be certified per batch on request.
We also manufacture blow bars for Powerscreen Trackpactor, Sandvik QI series, Keestrack R series and Terex Finlay machines, along with our main range of HSI impactor blow bars.

No. These are compatible replacement blow bars manufactured by Melco Precisions Pvt Ltd. Kleemann and MOBIREX are trademarks of their respective owner, used here only to identify the machines the parts are made to fit. There is no affiliation with or endorsement by the manufacturer.
Manganese steel is normally the right starting point where rebar and fixings are routine, because it absorbs shock instead of cracking. If the same machine also runs quarried stone regularly, a martensitic grade is usually specified as a compromise rather than swapping bars with the job.
Usually yes. A worn bar or a drawing is enough to develop the pattern, and pattern cost where any applies is confirmed with the quotation before production starts.
Where the design is symmetrical, yes. Turn the full set together so the rotor stays balanced, and inspect the seating faces at the same time.
Yes. We supply contractors and recycling operators directly, and also distributors and importers reselling into their own markets.
Send your machine model, a drawing or photographs of a worn part. Our team confirms fitment and recommends the grade before quoting – usually within one working day.
